CLSSBB stands for certified lean six sigma black belt. This title is issued by MSME, Government of India for those who pass the eligible test to be conducted at the end of the programme.
The programme is 3 weeks durations. Classes will be online and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.
I am one of the facilitator for this course and will be sharing the excel templates for conducting the tests and analysis. These templates are free for use and can be used to play and learn at the same time.
The topics will be divided into 5 phases – Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control.
The tools and techniques involved are non linear and can be applied in any phase any time if applicable.
Importance of structured way of planning and implementation will be highlighted during the learning process.
At the end of the programme, your approach to problem solving will be professional, structured and successful.
